Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase of tickets for, and attendance at, Thalamurakalude Sangeetham Live (the “Event”), to be held on Sunday, September 13, 2026 at Rajagiri Auditorium, Kochi, organised by the organisers of Thalamurakalude Sangeetham and presented by Lighthouse Records (collectively, the “Organisers”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Please read them carefully before booking. These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

01Acceptance of These Terms

Binding Agreement. By completing the ticket purchase process through our payment partner Razorpay, and/or by attending the Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy in their entirety. If you book tickets on behalf of other attendees, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on their behalf and that each attendee will comply with them.

Photography, Videography & Recording Consent. By accepting these Terms and the Privacy Policy, you expressly consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded at the Event, and to the use of such photographs, film, and recordings to produce video content which may or may not be used for Thalamurakalude Sangeetham Season 2, and for promotional purposes as described in Section 4 below.

02Ticketing & Admission

Valid Entry. Admission is strictly against a valid ticket. Each attendee must present their individual QR code (received via email or WhatsApp) at the box office to receive an entry wristband.

Wristbands. Wristbands must be worn at all times inside the venue. Any person found without a valid wristband will be escorted out of the venue by security.

Booking Limit. A maximum of five (5) tickets may be purchased per transaction.

Age Policy. Children below two (2) years of age are admitted without a ticket, provided they are seated on a parent’s or guardian’s lap. All other attendees require a standard ticket.

Seating. Seating is strictly on a first-come, first-served basis, with the exception of the second row, which is reserved for sponsors and VIPs.

Timings. Gates open at 4:30 PM. The Event officially begins at 6:00 PM. Attendees are advised to arrive early to allow time for box-office scanning and security checks.

Purpose of Ticket Proceeds. Ticket prices are not collected for profit. Amounts paid for tickets are intended solely to help meet the expenses of organising the Event (including, without limitation, venue, production, and related programme costs).

03Cancellations, Refunds & Transfers

No Refunds. All ticket sales are final. No cancellations or refunds will be entertained under any circumstances. Tickets are non-refundable.

Transfers. Tickets are transferable. You may transfer your ticket to another person. Each QR code admits one attendee only; duplicated copies will be refused at the door.

Resale Disclaimer. The Organisers accept no liability for any issue arising from a ticket that has been resold or transferred, including denial of entry, invalid or duplicated QR codes, or financial loss to the person who acquired the ticket.

04Photography, Videography & Media

Event Recording & Use of Footage. The Event will be professionally photographed, filmed, and recorded. By attending the Event, you irrevocably consent to your image, likeness, and voice being captured in such photographs and recordings, and to the Organisers’ use of this material — without compensation, in perpetuity, worldwide — to produce video content which may or may not be used for Thalamurakalude Sangeetham Season 2, and for promotional purposes on our official websites and social media platforms.

Audience Recording. Recording the concert using professional camera equipment (including DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, or dedicated video cameras with detachable lenses), flash photography, and tripods is strictly prohibited without prior written authorisation. Attendees are welcome to capture photographs and short video clips on mobile phones for personal, non-commercial use.

05Security & Bag Checks

Mandatory Screening. For the safety of all 2,000 attendees, every person entering the venue is subject to a mandatory security check, which may include physical frisking and baggage inspection.

Confiscation. The security team reserves the right to confiscate any prohibited item, including food and beverages, professional recording equipment, weapons, and illicit substances. Confiscated items will not be returned.

06Venue Rules & Code of Conduct

Right to Refuse Entry. The management, security personnel, and ushers reserve the right to refuse admission to, or eject, any attendee whose behaviour is deemed disorderly, unsafe, or in breach of these Terms or venue rules, without refund.

Prohibited Items. Food, beverages, illegal substances, weapons, and any dangerous items are strictly prohibited inside the venue.

No Unauthorised Vending or Solicitation. The unauthorised sale of merchandise, distribution of flyers, pamphlets, or tracts, and any other commercial or promotional activity inside or immediately outside the venue is strictly prohibited. Persons engaging in unauthorised solicitation will have their materials confiscated and will be escorted off the premises.

07Latecomer Seating

Segmented Entry. To preserve the reverent atmosphere of the thematic worship segments, latecomers arriving after the 6:00 PM start may be temporarily held at the doors.

Usher Discretion. Ushers reserve the right to seat latecomers only during designated pauses or transitions between song segments, so as to minimise disruption to the rest of the congregation.

08Wristband Integrity & Re-entry

Tamper-Proof Rule. Your entry wristband must remain securely fastened on your wrist for the entire duration of the Event, from 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM.

Void if Damaged. Any wristband that is cut, torn, taped, or otherwise visibly tampered with is immediately void. The wearer will forfeit re-entry privileges and may be escorted off the premises by security.

09Children & Minors

Accompanied Minors. All persons under eighteen (18) years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

Parental Responsibility. Parents and guardians are solely responsible for the care, safety, and behaviour of the minors accompanying them. The Organisers do not provide childcare services and assume no responsibility for unattended minors.

10Pets & Animals

No Pets. Given the capacity of 2,000 attendees and the indoor nature of the auditorium, no pets or animals are permitted inside the venue under any circumstances.

Service Animals. Exceptions are made only for officially registered and medically necessary service animals.

11Parking & Vehicles

Owner's Risk. Any parking facilities provided at or near the venue are used strictly at the vehicle owner’s risk.

No Liability. The Organisers, venue management, and volunteers assume no responsibility or liability for theft of, damage to, or loss of vehicles, or of any belongings left inside parked vehicles.

12Health, Safety & Assumption of Risk

Assumption of Risk. Attendees voluntarily assume all risks and dangers incidental to the Event, whether occurring before, during, or after the concert, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, or damage to property.

Medical Emergencies. In the event of a medical emergency, attendees consent to receiving basic first-aid treatment from the on-site volunteer medical team.

Emergency Procedures. In the event of a fire, security threat, or any other emergency, attendees are required to follow the instructions of security personnel, ushers, and venue staff, including any evacuation procedures, without delay.

13Liability

Personal Property. The Organisers are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought into the venue.

Lost & Found. Any item found within the venue during the Event will be handed over to a designated lost-and-found point. The Organisers do not guarantee the recovery of lost items and are not responsible for the condition of any item by the time it is claimed.

Damage to Venue or Property. Any attendee who causes damage to the venue, its fixtures, or any equipment on the premises will be held responsible for the cost of repair or replacement, and the Organisers reserve the right to claim compensation for such damage.

Programme Changes. The Organisers reserve the right to make changes to the Event schedule, timings, or artist line-up without prior notice owing to unforeseen circumstances.

14Force Majeure & Event Alterations

Unforeseen Circumstances. If the Event is delayed, postponed, or cancelled owing to natural disasters, extreme weather, government regulations or directives, artist illness, or any other circumstance beyond the Organisers’ reasonable control (“Force Majeure”), the Organisers shall not be liable for any travel, accommodation, or incidental expenses incurred by the ticket holder.

Line-up Changes. The Organisers reserve the right to alter the artist line-up or the thematic segments of the programme at any time without prior notice.

15Data Privacy & Communications

Communication Consent. By booking a ticket and providing your details, you expressly consent to the Organisers sending your unique QR code, transactional updates, and Event-related announcements via WhatsApp and email.

Data Usage. Personal information (name, age, phone number, and email address) collected during the booking and Razorpay checkout process is used strictly for event management, ticketing, and verification purposes. We do not sell your personal data to anyone. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

16Governing Law & Contact

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kochi, Kerala.
